Our story

A courageous generation rising.

The Nantucket Angel Warriors are a youth-led movement promoting a wholesome, healthy, fun lifestyle for the island's young people. It began with the Varsity Tennis Team of 2025 — and it's spreading island-wide.

What is this movement about?

Teens leading with purpose

Founded by the 2025 Varsity Tennis Team and spreading island-wide, the Angel Warriors guide younger teens through peer modeling and create alternative weekend activities — events, entertainment, speakers, and art — in partnership with esteemed venues and local businesses.

We are Nantucket teens on a mission. We are Angel Warrior Messengers with a plan. We are Angel Warriors fighting to make young lives better. Carpe Diem.

What it looks like

Teens pursuing their passions

On 10 October 2026, Sidewalk Bliss, a band of island teenagers, played the first NAW Music night on the deck at the Nantucket Racket Sports Association. Teens performing for friends who came to listen: this is the alternative weekend the movement exists to create.

Join NAW

Everyone is welcome. Teens join by agreeing to the NAW Code when they sign up.

Once they join, teens take their place in the NAW world as NAW Members and have access to NAW events, activities and benefits. No pledge or leadership position is required to join.

At NAW events, we all agree to:

  2. 02No bullying or harassment.
  3. 03Respect each other.
  4. 04Respect our Allies and their property.
  5. 05Follow the safety rules.
  6. 06Look out for one another.

It began with one voice, one teen willing to stand.

Gabby Fee stood against drugs, alcohol and bullying.

Her Angel Warrior team stood beside her, with a pledge to lead, protect and guide — toward smarter choices, toward something better.

One voice became many.
One team became a movement.

The Power of One became the Power of Us.

Then another Angel Warrior found her voice.
