Friday and Saturday nights with places to go, things to do, people to meet and new experiences to discover.
Then other teens stepped forward in their own ways — with an idea, a cause, a project, or simply the courage to say: “Hey! Look at this. Follow me.”
One teenager inspired another. One idea sparked another. A call for change became a movement.
Then Nantucket adults, businesses and organizations started saying: “I’m in. I’ve got your back.”
That’s what an NAW Ally does.
The teens bring the ideas, energy and courage. Our Allies help provide the places, resources and opportunities to make things happen.
Where it goes
What a gift actually pays for
Weekend alternatives
Events, entertainment, sports, speakers and art — somewhere real for teens to be on Friday and Saturday nights. Your support helps cover the real costs of making these nights happen, including activities, supplies, equipment and professional or adult event oversight.
Wear & share the message
Help teens spread the message. Shirts, hats, hoodies, message bands, stickers and event materials give teens ways to show what they stand for, share it with others and invite another teen to join the movement.
Causes worth showing up for
Nantucket shows up for our teens. Our teens show up for Nantucket.
Angel Warriors give their time, energy and voices to island causes and community partners — including Swim Across America. Your support helps teens volunteer, organize, raise awareness and turn out together when their community needs them.
One teen stood up.
Others stood with her.
A movement was born.
Help us give this generation the courage, opportunity and freedom to imagine what comes next.
Back the teens. Back the movement.
The time is NAW.
